3. Long Spined Purple Prickly Pear ~ Opuntia Macrocenta ~ light purple colored pads with yellow and orange blooms 🌸

These are all freeze hardy species, handling temps down to 0-10F range, some even lower once they are rooted and established 🌵 If you are in a cloudy or more humid climate you may need to invest in a grow light and/or fungicide like sulfur to prevent cactus rot in a different climate!
