This is a beautiful large wide form of monstera adansonii. The blanchetii variety is characterized by giant fenestrated leaves and is fast growing and easy to care for.
“Ugly” = just have some ripped/sunburnt/damaged leaves but perfectly healthy nodes and should root just fine, but will probably lose the main leaf sooner
Pretty = pretty leaf with no damage
